
Service Desk Customer Support Specialist

The Service Desk Support Officer will provide customer-focused support to clients across all College campuses, responding to and resolving service requests in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves supporting clients with computer hardware, software, and networked peripheral devices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current experience in Information Technology support with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Functional knowledge of IT support and system management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
