Job Description

The Service Desk Support Officer will provide customer-focused support to clients across all College campuses, responding to and resolving service requests in a timely and efficient manner. This role involves supporting clients with computer hardware, software, and networked peripheral devices.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current experience in Information Technology support with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Functional knowledge of IT support and system management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
