Job Title:

A high-quality customer experience specialist.

Ensure a seamless service delivery related to equipment repair, maintenance and queries within your designated area of service/equipment.

This role is suitable for candidates who want lifestyle balance and community living.

The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians and apprentices, ensuring quality service repairs and aftermarket support for mining, construction and underground equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing work order scheduling, execution and compliance with industry standards
  • Providing warranty support, liaising with clients to resolve issues and maintain relationships
  • Enforcing safety protocols and conducting risk assessments to promote a safe working environment
  • Utilizing systems for job tracking, reporting and documentation
  • Leading and developing team culture through coaching, mentoring and leadership

Requirements:

  • Qualified heavy-duty trade professional with supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong understanding of occupational health and safety protocols and risk management in high-risk environments
  • Effective planning and time management skills to handle dynamic workloads
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in computer systems for job tracking and reporting
