Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the design and construction of projects from conception to completion.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on building design, acquisition, and property-related matters
  • Managing multiple, diverse projects from conception through design and ready build
  • Overseeing a large design and delivery program, including monitoring, reviewing, and auditing for compliance, cost, and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interplay between power and building infrastructure, contract management, vendor management, internal business units, and relevant authorities.

They will also possess expertise in property management and town planning for development projects, as well as experience in civil construction with a trade certificate or related qualification.

A solid understanding of commercial contract processes, procedures, and approvals associated with constructing and maintaining buildings is also essential.
