Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Project Coordinator, you will take ownership of key project functions while working alongside experienced Project Managers.

  • Drive project coordination across all phases of construction
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
  • Support procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor engagement
  • Monitor program timelines, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Ensure compliance, QA, and safety standards are upheld
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all project stakeholders
  • Take increasing responsibility for project leadership with the view to transition into a Project Manager role

About You

You're a high-performing construction professional with 3+ years' experience as a Senior Project Coordinator or Project Coordinator role. You have supported projects upwards of $10M and now seek the right environment to grow into a Project Manager role.
