We are looking for accomplished, driven and team-oriented Diverse Estimators/ Project Managers / Construction Managers with an exceptional eye for detail and well-developed time management skills.

We are proud to work in all facets of the building industry from residential, civil, commercial and renewable works and manage most trades in house – earthworks, concreting, brickwork, carpentry, cabinetmaking, steelwork and transport.

About the role:

  • High level of communication.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, quoting and project evaluation.
  • Liaise between clients, architects, building designers, interior designers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Collate quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers for all building works.
  • Prepare and present estimates/quotes to management.
  • Manage and source of materials.
  • Provide project tender documentation and variations to clients and project delivery.
  • Assist developing project scheduling with project managers and management.
  • Costings for materials, workers and machinery to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Engage Suppliers and contractors to meet project demands.
