Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our payroll data analytics team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in payroll data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in complex projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Alteryx, SQL, R, and data visualization tools. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the technical review of payroll remediation projects to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Lead FBT-focused engagements by building data models to determine applicable FBT amounts.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics, with a proven track record of leading large, data-heavy engagements.
  • Strong technical skills in Alteryx, SQL, R, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent client communication and business development skills.
