Job Title: Director - Payroll Data Analytics

Job Description:

As a Director, you will lead the technical review of payroll remediation projects to support clients in Global Mobility. Your expertise in payroll data analytics will be essential in ensuring wage compliance and accurate entitlement calculations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Data Analytics and Remediation: Spearhead the technical review of payroll remediation projects to ensure compliance with legal instructions.
  • Fringe Benefits Tax Data Modelling and Tools: Lead specific FBT-focused engagements by building various data models to determine applicable FBT amounts.
  • Relationship Management with Regulatory Authorities: Maintain and manage relationships with regulatory bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office and Fair Work Ombudsman to ensure compliance and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Extensive Experience and Leadership: Over 9 years of experience in payroll data analytics, with a proven track record of leading large, data-heavy engagements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in Alteryx, SQL, R, RPA tools, and data visualization.
  • Client Communication and Business Development: Excellent client communication and business development skills, ensuring effective client interactions and successful project outcomes.
