**About the role**
An open opportunity has arisen for a professional from a system/data analytics, accounting or payroll background to join a highly reputable, global company on short notice. This role will revolve heavily around leave investigations and reconciliations, payroll data analytics, system work and reporting.

The company is reknown for having an excellent working culture and they have a larger team to ensure no one person is overwhelmed. They offer hybrid working conditions and the salary is highly attractive too which is an added bonus.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting into the National Payroll Manager and working closely alongside the payroll team, this role will be responsible for:

- Leave reconciliations
- Payroll data analytics
- Looking after all payroll accounting reconciliations
- Investigative payroll queries
- Reporting and analysis

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Proven experience interpreting data and reconciliations, ideally within a large scale business
- Intermediate-high level excel skills
- Strong with systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills and time management
