About the Role

The Central Project Controls team at Woodside Petroleum Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Requisition and Invoice Lead to join their team. As a key member of the Project Office group, this role will be responsible for leading a centralized Purchase Requisition and Service Entry team, supporting all applicable projects managed out of Woodside's Perth office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Woodside staff and contractor personnel, managing workload distribution across projects.
  • Oversee purchase requisition and service entry processes for projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Develop and monitor team performance metrics, ensuring quality outputs and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear direction to the team, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Master Team to ensure accurate and up-to-date vendor master data.
  • Assist in the deployment, development, and enhancement of purchase requisition and service entry business processes.
  • Work closely with the Purchase Requisition and Service Entry teams within other areas of the business, sharing best practices and building relationships.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience with SAP/S4H and a deep understanding of PR/PO and Service Entry processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
