**Key Responsibilities**

  • Code inventory supplier invoices against purchase orders daily, run the weekly payment file, and investigate Material purchase price variances.
  • Process the WIP clearing for all completed production orders, investigate variances, and ensure that Intercompany eliminations of cost have occurred.
  • Review of Actual costs vs Standard costing and provide commentary on the movements.
  • Complete Month-end related tasks in a timely manner, specifically journals.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.
  • Monthly Stock reconciliations and co-ordination of stocktakes and cycle counts.
  • Identify gaps within existing business controls and recommend the best way to minimise key risks.

**Requirements**

  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing environments with active stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to adhere to deadlines and work effectively in a team.
