About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team at Kion Group AG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the requisition-to-payment process, ensuring seamless procurement operations across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers, site-based engineers, and internal stakeholders to identify material and service requirements
  • Process and oversee the management of Purchase Orders
  • Expedite purchase orders for timely processing and delivery
  • Reconcile invoices to ensure alignment with purchase orders and contracts
  • Prepare weekly reports on overdue orders
  • Assist in sourcing materials, components, and services to support project and operational requirements
  • Onboard new vendors and update existing vendor details
  • Support vendor management by fostering relationships and ensuring contractual compliance
Requirements
  • Be an enthusiastic team player with a collaborative, can-do attitude
  • Exceptional organisational and planning abilities
  • Able to manage records in preparation for audits and compliance requirements
  • Previous experience supporting the requisition-to-payment process
  • Confident in addressing delivery, quality, or compliance issues related to materials and services
  • Good understanding of vendor sourcing practices
  • Capable of operating with a keen sense of business urgency
  • Driven by a passion for building and nurturing lasting supplier partnerships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
