Pharmacovigilance Role
Develop your skills in pharmacovigilance with a unique opportunity to manage customer/patient complaint processes and relevant reporting activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to patients and customers enquiries and handling product complaints.
- Manage complaint processes and associated reporting/data entry activities.
- Contribute to documentation management, SOP review, and investigational work.
Requirements:
A scientific degree and 1-2 years of experience in complaint handling are required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities are essential.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sectors and/or quality assurance is highly regarded.
