We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair, diligent, and compliant manner.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer complaints, ensuring timelines and documentation standards are met.
  • Provide high-quality written responses to complainants, clearly summarising issues, findings, outcomes, and options for further escalation.
  • Evaluate and address complex complaints, escalating as necessary to internal teams or external authorities.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in complaint handling, risk management, or a related field.
