
Customer Complaint Resolutions

This role is responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer complaints, focusing on legal matters.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage customer complaints involving legal escalation.
- Provide clear, legally sound recommendations for resolution.
- Communicate with customers, their representatives, and other stakeholders regarding disputed matters.
- Draft formal correspondence and submissions articulating the company's position in response to tribunal claims.
- Represent the company as an advocate in consumer tribunals.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited Australian university or equivalent.
- Interest in litigation, strong legal reasoning, advocacy skills, and ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, experience managing competing priorities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
