Drive global growth as a client engagement specialist. Expand our presence in the small-to-medium partner institutions segment by developing scalable strategies to enhance client profiles, needs, and goals.

We're seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to execute efficient account management strategies, cultivate strong relationships with client stakeholders, and stay up-to-date with our products and services to identify new revenue opportunities.

A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing is required, along with 2+ years of experience managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support. CEFR minimum level C1 in English & Japanese is also essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and change management abilities. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are necessary for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience managing client/customer relationships, success, and/or support.
  • CEFR minimum level C1 in English & Japanese.
