Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging career in the automotive industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor Trainee to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests who contact and visit the dealership for servicing of their vehicle
  • Receive comprehensive training and support on the job from day one while being paid
  • Book in service appointments and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and greet customers when they arrive at the Service Department and assist with checking in their vehicles
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate suitable vehicle pick-up times and communicate with customers regarding work carried out on their vehicles
  • Conduct customer experience surveys to gather feedback on recent interactions with the dealership

Requirements:

  • A strong customer-focused mindset and ability to provide excellent service
  • Professionally presented and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Valid NSW Drivers license
