Automotive Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
About the Role:This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our workshop and retail customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding results, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out stock control and administration procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Provide sales and technical support to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage telephone and front counter sales effectively, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times, exceeding expectations and building trust.
- Identify, quote, order, and provide parts to customers efficiently, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
- Assist with deliveries if required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- You possess basic knowledge of automotive parts, preferably brakes, clutches, and tyres, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Your excellent customer service skills enable you to build rapport with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- You have a good work ethic, with a strong commitment to delivering results and exceeding targets.
- A professional manner and presentation are essential, reflecting positively on our organization.
- You can work well and unsupervised within a team environment, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Your basic admin/marketing skills and computer operating skills, including MS Office, support your role in providing administrative assistance and marketing initiatives.
