Job Opportunity:

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships for Medisca. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and market data to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Science or Business (an asset)
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in pharmaceutical compounding (highly regarded)
  • Current driver's license
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven decision-making and negotiation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills and ability to network and maintain a professional image

Travel: 2-4 weeks of international travel per year to visit clients and attend trade shows.
