Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team. As a key member of our front-line service team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a customer service ambassador, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and correct information & directions, anticipate customer needs and act immediately to resolve complaints; consistently striving to delight the customer by going above and beyond.

Key requirements include impeccable presentation and grooming, 5-star customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic personality, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer-facing customer service or hospitality experience, with good knowledge of and a commitment to safe working practices.
