As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the overall customer experience. This position requires a friendly and welcoming attitude, with the ability to provide accurate information and directions, anticipate customer needs, and resolve issues promptly.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet visitors at the customer service desk with a positive attitude and assist guests with queries and special requests.
  • Provide accurate information and directions; anticipate customer needs and act to resolve issues promptly.
  • Delight customers by delivering service that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
Requirements
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming
  • 5-star customer service skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to create lasting impressions and meaningful relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day week, including public holidays
  • Full driving licence (valet parking is part of the role)
  • Prior customer-facing or hospitality/retail/hotel concierge experience preferred
  • Knowledge of safe working practices
  • Physical fitness to carry out duties and stand for long periods
  • Valid work rights in Australia
