We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Dining Experience Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, event service, and coffee preparation skills
  • Ability to adapt to diverse food & beverage settings and work across various schedules
  • Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team
