We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our service team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences through integrated reception and administrative support, proactively addressing client needs while maintaining professional standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional front-of-house and visitor services
  • Offer remote support for other sites
  • Manage room booking and setup
  • Cordinate catering and cleaning
  • Manage AV equipment and video conferencing
  • Administer car park and locker facilities
  • Report defects and coordinate maintenance
  • Handle calls and provide teleconference support
  • Distribute mail and report on service levels

Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship is essential due to client requirements
  • Preferred experience in hospitality or reception environments
  • Ability to obtain and hold an Agency PEP Clearance
