We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member, you will provide evidence-based services through multiple service delivery models.
The Key Responsibilities- Assess and provide interventions for children and adults living with disabilities
- Work within the NDIS framework to maximise clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
- Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
- Document and report on client progress in a timely manner
- Manage a varied caseload effectively
- Meet professional expectations by achieving billable targets and delivering high-quality client management
- Weekly supervision sessions with your supervisor
- Core competency skills training sessions
- Fortnightly group mentoring sessions
- Mental health drop-in sessions
- Internal professional development sessions
- Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians

Key Requirements- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Discipline-specific professional registration
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Check and International Police Check (where applicable)
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Car insurance
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
