Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Digital Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will have access to world-leading tools and collaborate with a talented group of professionals who specialize in data analytics, web development, media, social media, web, and email marketing.

  • Develop and manage marketing automation programs, emails, landing pages, and campaigns that drive results
  • Investigate integrations between clients' martech tools to identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze and optimize these programs to improve performance
  • Identify and resolve errors, working closely with the team to find solutions
  • Assist in integrating automation for social, web, SEO, and online advertising channels
  • Prepare reports using real-time data visualization platforms for data and cross-channel reporting
  • Collaborate with account teams to understand the big picture and contribute to achieving business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience with enterprise marketing automation platforms, ideally Marketo, HubSpot, and/or Pardot
  • Digital/automation certifications are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • Passion for digital marketing and automation
  • Interest in martech and willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
  • Ambition to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results
