Marketing Automation Strategist Opportunity

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of a B2B lifecycle marketing strategy, mapping customer needs and designing communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint.

  • Customer-Centric Journey Design: Develop and execute prioritized B2B lifecycle initiatives aligned with commercial goals, focusing on customer-centric journey design.
  • Data-Driven Program Execution: Lead the development and execution of data-driven programs, ensuring timely, relevant, and approved content for sales teams.
  • Sales Enablement Platform Management: Manage and optimize the Seismic platform, providing sales teams with essential tools for campaign execution.
  • Personalized Communication Strategy Execution: Execute personalized communication strategies for major campaigns, enhancing customer experiences and driving results.
  • Content & Experience Creation: Collaborate with internal SMEs to craft compelling content and orchestrate seamless customer experiences.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Analyze lifecycle performance, customer success metrics, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Governance & Best Practice Leadership: Champion best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining high-quality email communications.
