Job Description:


  • Key Responsibilities:


The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in pastry production, including baking, decorating, and presenting pastries and cakes. You will also be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.



You will work closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to ensure that all products meet the required standards, and you will be expected to stay up-to-date with new recipes, techniques, and trends in the industry.




  • Main Responsibilities:



  • Bake and decorate pastries and cakes to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional results
  • Stay up-to-date with new recipes, techniques, and trends in the industry


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:




  • Commercial Cookery qualification or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A passion for gastronomy and commitment to excellence
