Job Title:
Logistics Improvement Lead

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to lead process improvements and productivity initiatives across our Supply Chain and Operations team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive cost savings and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and workshop facilitation.
  • Own and execute cost reduction initiatives within S&OP ANZ, including project delivery.
  • Establish project governance structures and collaborate with functional leads.
  • Engage with business units to deploy the ANZ S&OP strategy and monitor performance.
  • Challenge and influence peers and senior management to achieve timely results within budget.

Requirements:
Strong experience in customer excellence, supply and demand planning, logistics, and warehousing in the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Ability to simplify complex issues and provide solutions.
Project management skills from end-to-end, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Team player who collaborates with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
