About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documents for our Perth team, ensuring all documentation meets formal standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain documents for the company's Perth team.
  • Ensure all documentation meets formal standards and statutory requirements.
  • Process and record document changes and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document creation and modifications.
  • Conduct regular document audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development of document control procedures and policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as necessary.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in document control and management.
  • Strong knowledge of document management software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
What We Offer
  • An estimated hourly salary range of AUD 36.0 - AUD 44.0.
  • 6-month temporary position in a team-oriented environment.
  • Supportive workplace culture that values professional development.
  • Part-time hours.
  • 3 days, preferred days Tues, Thurs & Fri. Can accommodate Tues - Thurs for the right candidate.
