Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing telephone calls to the appropriate personnel;
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and friendly manner;
  • Organizing meetings and diaries, as well as attending to mail and correspondence;
  • Providing administration support, including data entry, filing, and typing documents.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a receptionist or administration/secretary role in a law firm, preferably with a high volume of incoming calls;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • The ability to work in a vibrant, busy, and fast-paced environment;
