We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious mid-level Intellectual Property lawyer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile intellectual property and media disputes, including trade marks, copyright, patents, trade secrets, defamation, tech, online safety, and advertising and consumer law spaces.

Our ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in IP and/or media law, with a strong track record of success in contentious and non-contentious matters. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and possess a proactive and positive approach to their work.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our four partners in Sydney, acting in a range of IP and media disputes, advising on trade mark prosecution and related matters, conducting patent infringement and revocation cases, and advising on complex project and commercial transactions.
