- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and patients.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical trials management practices and regulatory requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, such as health sciences or research.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
