">- Clinicians will deliver counseling and therapeutic support to children, families, and communities affected by violence, abuse, and neglect.
- Key responsibilities include providing care across Inverell and outreach areas including Glen Innes, Warialda, and Tenterfield.
- Clinicians will apply NSW Health's SAS and CPCS models and champion culturally safe practice, including Aboriginal-led initiatives.
- The role involves supporting children under the age of criminal responsibility presenting with harmful sexualised behaviours.
- As part of the Tier-2 i VAN roster, clinicians will respond to after-hours psychosocial crises.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to training initiatives, and mentoring students or junior clinicians is also required.

What we are looking for:
- A relevant degree in a field such as social work, psychology, or a related discipline.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
