Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to support clients in a community-based setting. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will provide community-based occupational therapy services to clients of varying age groups and needs, including those covered under HCP and NDIS.
  • Collaboration with a team of experienced health professionals across disciplines will be essential for delivering high-quality care.
  • Access to clinic resources and support when needed will be available to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in a community-based setting.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Full AHPRA registration is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience in community settings is preferred but not essential; however, the ability to adapt to different environments is crucial.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills are required for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is highly regarded but not necessary.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle are also required for this role.
