We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated occupational therapist to join our team. As an occupational therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering adult disability services with flexible work options.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in a structured 12-month graduate program with a gradual ramp-up period, providing you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
- Ddelivering occupational therapy services to adult disability clients in clinic and community settings, making a real difference in people's lives.
- Engaging in an initial 12 weeks of intensive graduate training focused on Concentric and NDIS Allied Health, equipping you with the latest industry insights and best practices.
- Receiving weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor, helping you navigate your career and overcome any challenges.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and participating in quarterly alignment days, fostering open communication and a culture of collaboration.
- Contributing to a vibrant team culture with social events and flexible work arrangements, creating a healthy work-life balance that suits you.
About You
- We are looking for occupational therapists who have completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and hold full AHPRA registration or eligibility upon graduation.
- A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car are also essential for this role, as well as unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, are crucial for success in this position.
