Rehabilitation Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a PT with us, you will be responsible for:
- Completing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Creating individualized care plans
- Delivering evidence-based therapy sessions focused on mobility, function, and safety
- Collaborating with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Educating residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy exercises, goals, and safety
To be successful as a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- An active PT license in the State of Ohio
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- A commitment to providing compassionate, goal-driven care
