About the Role

You will develop your skills and knowledge by supporting children and adults with various presentations, including motor skills, daily living activities, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders. We foster a culture of person-centred, ethical interventions that promote positive outcomes.

As an NDIS registered provider, you'll have access to a varied caseload, home modifications support, and opportunities for professional growth through regular supervision and coaching sessions.

Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide holistic therapy across Sydney and the Illawarra. Our comprehensive induction program and buddy system ensure a smooth transition into your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children and adults with diverse needs
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in occupational therapy
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve client outcomes
  • Participate in regular supervision and coaching sessions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain before starting)
