Home Care Therapist Opportunity

A career opportunity awaits an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team delivering home-based services to older adults in the community. This role offers flexible working arrangements across Sydney metro, with a caseload tailored to your area of residence.

You will be responsible for managing aged care clients 75+ years old in their homes, conducting in-home assessments and functional reviews. Your expertise will focus on home modifications, assessments, recommendations, and reviews.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of Home Care Package clients
  • Focus on home modifications, assessments, and recommendations
  • Fully remote work model - no office attendance required
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • 2-3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Background in community care or aged care preferred
  • AHPRA registration (unrestricted)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, independence, and time management skills
