Key Responsibilities- Liaise with commercial clients to understand their maintenance needs and preferences
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule maintenance activities and ensure timely completion
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including job briefs, schedules, and completion reports
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Perform data entry and update client details in our project management software
- Proven experience in a maintenance or operations role, preferably in the construction or property management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
