Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Preventive Maintenance Coordinator to lead our maintenance planning efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, preferably in mechanical or instrumentation/electrical fields. You should also have experience in oil and gas domain maintenance and planning, with a focus on upstream, midstream, or refinery plant operations.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your expertise in EAM/CMMS packages (SAP) and maintenance master data management will be invaluable in driving our maintenance program forward.
You will also provide coaching and training to our maintenance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Collaborating with our maintenance team to resolve equipment issues and optimize maintenance schedules.
- Providing technical guidance and support to our maintenance team members.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
