Senior Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing construction planning and programming, assisting project managers and site teams in sequencing works, resource allocation, and progress monitoring. They will also prepare contract/target/tender programs, program monitoring and updating, and program resource analysis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and preparation of construction planning and programming.
  • Assist Project Managers and site teams in sequencing works, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
  • Prepare contract / target / tender programs, program monitoring and updating, and program resource analysis.
  • Manage program delay analysis and prepare program status reports.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and technical drawings.
  • Understanding of commercial requirements associated with the tender process.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control practices in construction projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
