Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the physical aspects of construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage project sites, including setting up temporary facilities and managing site logistics
  • Oversee construction or installation activities, ensuring they meet plans, specifications, and industry best practices
  • Manage subcontractors, coordinating their activities and ensuring performance meets requirements
  • Monitor progress against schedule and budget, taking corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) plans, under the guidance of senior project managers
  • Lead and manage all day-to-day HSE activities on the project site
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Construction management: solid understanding of construction principles, practices, and methods
  • Site management: proven experience in managing construction sites, including logistics, resource allocation, and progress monitoring
  • HSE expertise: comprehensive knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
  • Subcontractor management: ability to effectively manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills: strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve issues
