Compounding Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Compounding Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the aseptic production process manufacturing chemotherapy, antibiotics, and nutritional products for hospitals and patients.

The Compounding Technician will be responsible for:

  • Picking and preparing raw materials
  • Aseptically compounding sterile solutions
  • Packing of finished units with final inspection
  • Labelling and dispatching prepared products
  • Ensuring documentation is completed according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

This role requires attention to detail, willingness to learn new skills, adaptability to shift work schedules, and excellent communication skills.
