Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a CPAP Therapy Specialist, responsible for guiding clients in the use of CPAP equipment and collaborating with healthcare providers to promote our product range and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, offering guidance on CPAP therapy and setup.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote and upsell our product range and services.
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, manage inventory, and process orders.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Broad experience with customer service and knowledge of sleep medicine disciplines.
