Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative assistant to support our Executive Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing exceptional administrative support.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday, with the option to work from home one day per week. Our offices are located in a CBD fringe location, close to public transport and amenities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive Director's calendar and appointments
  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to inquiries
  • Liaise with various stakeholders and agencies
  • Coordinate committee meetings and handle related documentation
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, presentations, and policy documents
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Excellent ICT skills, especially in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
