We are seeking an experienced and motivated tax professional to lead our medium-sized office. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, lead a team, deliver exceptional service to clients, and participate in ongoing professional development.
Main Responsibilities:- Leverage tax preparation expertise to optimize day-to-day activities.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team to deliver outstanding client service.
- Assist clients with individual and business tax needs, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of tax returns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments through training sessions and meetings.
- Proven experience in preparing individual and business tax returns.
- Demonstrated success in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of tax procedures and systems.
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- No current employment that could create a conflict of interest.
- A smartphone capable of accessing relevant systems.
