Job Title: Systems Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Systems Governance Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our Integrated Management System (IMS) across Quality, Safety and Environmental functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes to ensure IMS alignment with international standards, regulatory requirements and organisational objectives.
- Provide leadership, support and expertise to embed a strong culture of Quality, Safety and Environmental responsibility from frontline to leadership.

Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in Quality, Safety or Environmental role within cosmetics, pharma or FMCG industry.
- ISO 9001 / 22716 / HACCP training; Science or Engineering degree desirable.

Desired Skills And Experience:
- Technical skills: Management of Bills of Materials, specifications and key quality systems including audits, reviews and continuous improvement.
- Leading Continuous Improvement Activities.
- Partnering with specialists to optimise processes, quality plans, sanitation programs and competency assessments.
