About Your Role You are an established Business Process Analyst, with a passion for driving digital transformation through process excellence? This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and EDI landscape across Fletcher Insulation.
In this role, you'll act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, applying your extensive SAP SD and LE expertise to optimise processes, resolve complex issues, and support strategic initiatives such as CRM and e Commerce implementations.
You will be empowered to make a real impact, enhancing operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to the success of our digital transformation journey.

With a strong foundation in SAP and EDI, you'll be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, supporting key project deliverables, and ensuring seamless integration across systems.
