**About the Position**

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled
**Production Operator** to join our small, dedicated and committed team at
**Keysborough**. Ideally you will come from a background in Manufacturing and Production and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. We are Insulation experts so you will be working around fibres and foils every day.

You will be good on machinery and able to learn new skills quick. We have a strong focus on safety, and we want the newest member of our team to share the same passion to EHS as we do. You will have excellent attention detail and be able to check quality of our products on the go

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or Production
- Have exposure to working machinery
- The ability to lift heavy items - Safety guidelines in place
- Strong focus on Quality Assurance
- Understanding of Process Improvements
- Able to work in a team environment
- Understanding of EHS and compliance in the workplace
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective time management skills
- Not afraid to work in other area's of the business
