Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pipeline Operations Specialist to oversee and maintain gas facilities and pipelines based in Roma. This role will play a crucial part in the Gas Transmission and Networks maintenance team, working on state-of-the-art facilities including pipeline operations and easements, on a 2:2 roster.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and maintaining high-pressure Coal Seam Gas Compression and Processing Facility.
  • Undertaking maintenance in accordance with industry policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with Asset Management and Engineering teams.
  • Responding to gas-related incidents and emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter with proven experience working as a member of an Operations and Maintenance team in the gas transmission or gas processing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office suite.
