About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and customer focused Parts Operations Team Member to join our Service & Warranty team. In this pivotal role you will provide expert advice on parts interpretation, maintain strong supplier relationships, oversee sourcing and stock management, and support trend analysis and process improvements.

Reporting to the Manager Service and Warranty you will collaborate across departments to ensure the right parts are available on time every time while also mentoring and supporting a Parts Assistant.

What You Will Do

• Provide accurate parts interpretation and professional advice to customers and service teams
• Manage relationships with suppliers, raise sales orders and oversee timely parts sourcing and delivery
• Control stock levels from receipt and dispatch to regular stocktakes
• Analyse trends, report on supplier quality and NCRs, and drive corrective actions
• Work closely with internal teams including Production, Warranty, Procurement and Engineering
• Lead, mentor and support the Service Centre Parts Assistant

• Proven experience in parts interpretation ideally in manufacturing, automotive, marine or caravan industries
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment
